YIN yoga

Yin yoga is a slow, restorative classes that is accessible for all ages and ability levels. In this class you move through asana at an unhurried pace, staying in each pose for anywhere from 45 seconds to two minutes. Holding the poses for longer periods of time applies more pressure to the deep connective tissue, increasing circulation and improving your flexibility. This meditative class is perfect for unwinding after a stressful workday!

This class is suitable for all levels and is low in intensity.



Yin and Yang are the names given by the Taoists to describe the two main forces in the universe. Yang everything that is dynamic, constantly changing, visible, hot and strong, whereas Yin everything that is static, quiet, hidden, cold and soft. These terms are not absolutes, but are rather two parts of a whole: one does not exist without the other. For the Taoists – and for the yogis – a well balanced life involves both aspects balancing each other.

This class focuses on balancing the dynamic with the static. We start with some gentle flow movements to wake up and warm the body, before we melt and surrender to yin poses.

This class is suitable for all levels and is low in intensity.



Restorative Flow is a gentle form of yoga providing the body an opportunity to renew and heal. Find calm and peace while moving through a sequence of free-flowing poses, deep stretches and breath work aimed at encouraging mindfulness, deepening self-awareness, soothing the nervous system and deeply relaxing the body allowing you to feel completely nourished.

The first part of class will get you moving with a beautiful, relaxing flow to wake up the body and then we’ll move into a series of very gentle, calming restorative poses.

This class is suitable for all levels and is moderate in intensity.


Traditional hatha

Traditional Yoga is an old form of yoga based on the Sutra’s of Pantanjali. It is a gentle form of yoga, where we search for the essence of movement and asana’s from an inner perspective. Traditional Yoga is rooted in these teachings: Practice yoga in softness, stability and comfort and expand your practice from this place and this place only. Traditional yoga is for every-body and every level. Where needed we can adjust asana’s to people’s needs. You are invited to discover the goal of yoga: UNITY!

This class is suitable for all levels and is moderate in intensity.


Core flow

Get ready to sweat, flow and stretch with core-focused alignment that will safely and effectively provide you with the maximum benefits of yoga in the least amount of time. Connect to your inner power, build strength and feel uplifted with dance-inspired movements, deep breathing and optimised stretches that will leave you feeling vibrant and rejuvenated.

This class is suitable for intermediate levels and is high in intensity.


slow flow

Slow flow encourages a marriage between breath and movement through a fluid sequence of asanas, creating a state of meditation as you move. By using the entire duration of the breath to transition from one pose to the next like a wave, you have the opportunity to experience every part of the transition and the asana, improving body-awareness, coordination, flexibility and functional strength.

This class is suitable for intermediate levels and is high in intensity.


LU jong tibetan healing yoga

Lu Jong Tibetan Healing Yoga focuses on creating a balance between body, breath and mind. With simple, flowing movements we internally massage our spine in order to release gross and subtle blockages. We open up and our ‘vital breath’ (lung or qi) flows harmoniously. This helps us to become more aware of the present moment and transform negative emotions.

This gentle yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or experience. With regular practice you build greater physical strength and flexibility, you boost your immune system and you sharpen your senses. You will also discover the emptiness and the potential of a quieter mind. Lu Jong is beneficial for your health and happiness and makes you glow from the inside out!

This class is very suitable for Vata and Pitta Ayurvedic constitution.


morning flow

Join us for an early morning class designed to awaken your body and mind. Starting with a short meditation, we'll move through a combination of gentle asana and dynamic flows. Each week will have a different focus, always using the breath and alignment to leave you energised and refreshed to take on your day.

This class is suitable for all levels and is moderate in intensity.



Vinyasa classes synchronize movement and breath in order to create a vinyasa flow. This is a powerful and dynamic form of yoga for a strong and energetic body and a clear mind. This form of yoga consists of a set of positions called the primary series that is estimated to be around 5,000 years old. Supported by the ujjayi breathing a flow of movements is generated. This intensive motion creates heat and has a purifying affect on your organs and muscles. Waking up and becoming clear minded through yoga and meditation will ignite your spark and make you follow your true self.

This class is very suitable for Kapha and Pitta Ayurvedic constitutions.


power yoga

Power yoga classes are inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa practice, one of the most powerful and transformative yoga practices.

The class is designed in a way to work towards building a core strength and stamina while becoming aware of the power of breath and ways of moving with a breath through the class. This way we arebuilding one meditative and very powerful practice that moves towards balancing our physical mental and emotional body.

This class is very suitable for Kapha Ayurvedic constitution.



Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a set sequence of asanas (poses) in the exact same order every time. By synchronizing the movement of the body with the breath your breathing is your meditation during this yoga practice. Each class is vigorous and physically challenging but senior instructors allow students to work at their own pace and assist with personal assessments. The lessons are suitable for people that find the spiritual and also the physical aspect important and are looking for a physical challenge.

This class is suitable for all levels and is high in intensity.



Kundalini yoga is a blend of spiritual and physical practices that incorporates chanting, movement, and breathwork. A mixture of several types of yoga, this class reaches deep into your chakras, targeting the energy at the base of your spine and opening up the pathways for energy to flow freely once and balance throughout the body. This practice has an emphasis on self-healing, including forgiving yourself from past mistakes, so that you can live a more energized and vibrant life. In this class you will stimulate the body, enhance your creative mind, and refresh the energy source in your body.

Dynamic flow

This vinyasa based class takes you through fluid sequences that are both dynamic and challenging with a focus on alignment. The sequences are designed to warm up the body, increase mobility and body awareness and build towards more advanced poses or variations. Each class will focus on expanding the range of movement in your joints and allow you to move into active stretches that increase both strength and flexibility in a safe and balanced way. You will gain body awareness and control while increasing functional strength and flexibility which is the perfect foundation for any other physical activity.

This class is for everyone who wants to learn how to reduce their stress-level, sharpen their concentration, and wants to feel more energized and refreshed. Meditating will also bring you more inner calmness and helps you to overcome fears and anxieties. Meditation is the best medication, so get into your meditative pose already!

Traditionally seen, the so called Poomsea are used for Zen (Ch’an) meditation in movement. These Poomsea are stylized movements that will activate your whole body, and make your mind empty.

During this meditation, the students will follow the teacher by practicing the different styles of movements. The movement is often cross formed. This way you will experience all the corners of the cosmos and the earth. All styles have a physical focus on balance and gracious movements while the mental focus is on the breath. The transformation from one movement to the other also focuses on breathing out and breathing in.

The Wim Hof Method is similar to Tummo (inner heat) Meditation and Pranayama (yogic breathing). Yet it is something else entirely. While Wim has read a lot of books on yoga and meditation for many years, this technique primordially comes from what he terms ‘cold hard nature’. By subjecting himself to the bitter conditions of nature, he learned to withstand the extreme forces of cold, heat and fear. If you learn this method or technique correctly, it will empower you to do to the same.

Yoga nidra is a deep, meditative state that is accessed through a guided lesson. It is one of the deepest relaxation states that humans can enter while still being awake and its benefits include better sleep, reduced stress, increased energy, and better awareness.

Yoga nidra is called the sleep of the yogis. Yoga nidra is not “yoga” as many of us know it. By that we mean that it isn’t a series of poses that you move through on a mat where you start on your feet and end in downward dog.

Instead, yoga nidra skips most of this and goes straight to the savasana pose—the one for deep relaxation after an invigorating class.

Martial arts

Our martial arts class is a street fight style developed by legendary movie star and martial arts master Bruce Lee named Jeet Kune Do. It is a style that has no style, also known as the Formless Form.

The goal is not to be better than anyone else or to conquer another person but to help you be your best self and conquer your own obstacles and fears. Through meditation, kicks, punches and various other forms of interaction with fellow students a person can take away unnecessary baggage and troubles to reveal the true self and to be able to deal with all that life throws at you.

This Martial Arts class will consist of learning how to deliver kicks, punches, and holds but the class will also focus on defense, evasion, meditation, and stretching. There is no need to have any martial arts background. Any type of machismo will not be tolerated in class. Respect and love for life itself is the main focus of this class.


women’s self defense

In these classes, the focus will be on how to get out of a threatening situation and how to deal with basic violent attacks. You'll be given physical and mental tools on how to deal with an agressor, who is larger and stronger than you are in any given situation. Whether it is on the street, public transport or at home. The training will be based on real-life scenarios with techniques that have been tested and tried by men and women of all shapes and sizes. 

Women's Self Defense classes will be given by Kevin Heller; a civilian and military instructor of the Israeli self defense system Krav Maga.

Participants will explore their own reflexes and instincts, but most importantly, they will learn to trust their own body and matter your age, weight or size.

Men and people who identify with any gender on the spectrum who feel they need to learn how to defend themselves are welcome to join in! Macho's and people who feel the need to intimidate other students will be asked to leave the classes.


muay thai/kickboxing

Muay Thai, also called Thai boxing, is a stand-up combative sport that is a fast-paced way to train your body and your mind. In this class, you’ll use punching bags to practice several different self-defense moves.

This class is suitable for all ability levels and our instructors are specially trained to work with you, regardless of whether you’re a beginner or a pro!

This class is a great pairing with one of our slower paced yoga classes, offering a refreshing way to mix up your physical activity each week.
