Lazy Yin Yoga Sunday

Sit still and become still with us.
We will do Yin Yoga Poses that will stretch our body from tip to toe, front and back. We will do 2,5 hours of Yin Yoga to do dive deep into all kinds of Yin Yoga stretches that will give our entire body a Yin Yoga work-out.

You can see it as the easiest, most relaxing and meditative workout ever to feel flexible, relaxed and calm.

All levels and all ages are welcome and in Yin Yoga, there actually are no levels.

We will adjust the poses in such a way that they are beneficial for all.

There is time for some tea, a bite. There will also be time to talk about our experiences of our practice that night. Feel free to share your thoughts with the group during the session.

You will be welcomed and guided by Marianne de Kuyper who is known for her tranquillity, soothing and quiet voice and her personal way of guiding classes.

Expect to feel soothed, relaxed and calm and quiet after this long Yin Yoga Session.

Don’t plan anything for after the session, because you will want to go straight to bed and hold on to the quiet and calm energy that you most probably will have created after this long practice.
