How to Quiet your monkey mind? 

The more quiet our mind is, the more we can tune into the flow of life, use our talents and simply enjoy the present moment. But why is this so difficult for most of us? Why is our mind sometimes like a mad monkey that just keeps running around in circles? Why does our mind keep repeating past experiences or wants to control the future? 

The “How To Quiet The monkey Mind” workshop will go deeper into the understanding of the monkey mind and how to work with it. We create a bridge between East and West, combing elements of yoga, meditation, physiology and psychology to answer the questions on different levels. 

By getting a deeper understanding of the connecting between body mind and spirit and their interdependency, it’s easier to learn to train your mind to become quiet and master it. So take your busy monkey to the workshop and be ready to dive into the deeper layers of your being! 

The workshop is created and offered by Deborah Hoeks (yoga docente & massage therapist) and Leonie Plokker (psychologist & breath-work facilitator).
