Creating Space and Flow: Deep Hip openers
The hips connect the upper and the lower body, an open flow of energy in this area is therefore connected to a better range of motion in the spine, a relaxed psoas muscle and a proper range of motion in the legs. But space is not the only thing we want in our hips. We need stability as well. How to combine the two and what the correct alignment is in hip openers is often unclear.

In this masterclass Suze Retera will guide you through a fluid practice that guides you through a variety of hip openers. She will clearly explain the alignment needed to practice safe hip openers that create both space and stability.

You will learn and gain practical knowledge that you can apply to your practice on and off the mat.
