The Art Of Movement ๑ A Playful Workshop

In this 3 hours workshop we will dive into what it means to move between the spectrum of masculinity and femininity.

In the first part we’ll play movement games to explore and move in dominance - submission, hardness - softness, efficiency and power. Here we turn the focus outwards and challenge our physical capabilities.

In the second part we'll experience conscious movement, search for connection, explore intuitive dancing and meditation. We draw our attention more inwards to create a state of flow, nourish our body and embody our intuition.

About the hosts:
Sam and Svenja are teaching different movement classes at The Conscious Club and both have experience in mobility work and animal locomotion.
Sam with his 14 years of Capoeira practice will teach aspects of play-fighting and animal locomotion. Svenja with her background in yoga and dancing will guide us through the conscious movement practice.
