For me, yoga is a way to find myself. Throughout my studies, I found myself a bit lost, but during this time I was able to find myself in yoga. In the beginning, I was insecure of my practice, but with time I found it is impossible to be bad at yoga. Through my teacher training, I was able to deepen my practice and experience the tranquillity that yoga brings to all types of people. I continuously seek knowledge to inspire myself and my classes, and I hope that through this learning I can provide new growth and energy to the students in my classes.
My classes are a combination of flowing and finding stillness. The poses are meant to make you stronger and more flexible; however, I believe finding awareness in everything we are, think, and feel is much more important. I would like to inspire my students, as yoga inspires me, and I hope to give them the energy or peace they need throughout the rest of their day.
