With wanderlust in her blood, the desire to help and inspire people to connect to themselves, Julia decided to become a yoga teacher as well as a mindfulness coach. Being a dedicated practitioner on as well as off the mat since 2009, she started her Sva-Dharma Teacher Training under Katiza Satya and Kevin Sahaj at Delight Yoga in Amsterdam. Ever since, she has been teaching Astanga Classes on a regular basis.
Julia is a dedicated Astanga practitioner and is eternally grateful for the guidance and inspiration of her teachers Claudia Pradella, Eva Ugolini and Ingrid Notten. For her, yoga is a mirror to help her to get closer to herself and drop all layers. She hopes to inspire students through her guidance and teachings to do the same and unfold their true self. Though Astanga is a dynamic style of yoga, she tries to implement some mindfulness and playfulness to make it accessible for all kind of yogis.
