As a little child, Tara grew up in the light of yoga thanks to her parents. When she got older, she lost touch with yoga and graduated at university as a Psychologist. Even though she learned valuable knowledge through her studies, there was always something missing for her in the limited mental approach. As such, she realized that she wasn’t where she wanted to be in life. After having several jobs, she had a special encounter and came into contact with yoga again. From that moment on, her whole life started to change.
Yoga brought her closer to herself and gave her great happiness, love, peace, health, and inspiration. Tara started a teacher training and travelled to India and Thailand for inspiration. She humbly thanks her teacher Annemiek Latour for showing her the power of yoga and guiding her to the place in life where she needed to be. She deeply gives her thanks to Deep Kumar for showing her how yoga can make this world a better place and for making her believe that she can share this gist with anyone on earth; Gurumukh, for making her feel more confident about her teachings while showing her that she was already in the most beautiful place she could possibly be in and that she needed only herself to do so; Dulce Aguilar and Jamie Clark, for pushing her forward and making her do things she never thought she could.
Tara deeply became inspired by the power of yoga and knew that she wanted to dedicate her life to sharing all that was given to her. She loves to share her teachings with anyone who wants to be feel the many blessing of yoga!
“Together we can make this world a better place, be welcome.”
