A 10 minute yoga routine
We all lack motivation from time to time or have stressful and busy days, and those days we most need our yoga practice is when we tend to leave it behind or put it at the bottom of our list of priorities.
When time is short and motivation is lacking, even a 10 minute yoga routine is always better than no yoga at all.
10 minute yoga routine (based on Ashtanga primary series):
- 5× Surya Namaskara A
- 3× Surya Namaskara B
- Yoga mudra (10 breaths)
- Padmasana (10 breaths)
- Utpluthih (10 breaths)
