I have bought a Ride-Pass online but can’t seem to reserve a class with this card anymore?
The reason why you can't book any classes is usually because you have already booked a class in the future. Then the system won't allow any earlier booked classes. To resolve this it would be best to cancel your future class reservations and start booking the first class that you would like to attend.
