Our Vinyasa teacher Sandra Kramerova demonstrates the beautiful Dancer Pose in this video. Although it looks effortless, this pose requires a lot of patience and concentration. The challenge is to remain balanced on one foot while stretching and opening up the hips. Take five minutes to give this pose a go at home!
