Turmeric Brussel Sprouts
Now we know a lot of Dutch people dislike Brussels sprouts but this recipe will have you love them! First the Brussels sprouts are sautéed with onions, garlic, turmeric, cinnamon and ginger. After that they are cooked with tahini so they are packed with flavor. Just top it off with the cucumber mint yoghurt and you have a delicious meal.
