Sound Alchemy ๑ Generator Hostel Oosterpark
Based on ancient healing techniques, the vibrations of Alchemy crystal singing bowls work on a cellular level to recalibrate the physical, mental, emotional and energetic body.
We will be combining the power of awareness and sound to explore, heal and transform.
Each session will be unique and infused with ancient healing modalities such as meditation, intention, breath work, astrology, meridian therapy, yogic philosophy.
You will be lying down on your back, in a comfortable setting, effortlessly following my voice for a guided meditation while being bathed in the sonic waves of the alchemy crystal singing bowls and other instruments.
Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls were created in 2000 and are truly sonic tools for this Age of Awakening, as we rediscover our innate abilities to tune into frequencies.
Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls are unique instruments because they are infused with gemstones, minerals, earth substances and precious metals which are amplified through the quartz, creating alchemy frequencies which are deeply transformational. The crystalline harmonics open synapses and ignite brain waves, promoting relaxation, clearing blockages, connecting to our higher-self and much more. They build the energetic circuits to house infinite and unconditional love: potent, anchored and integrated.
The bowls can be enjoyed safely during pregnancy and by people of all ages.

About Laura
Laura is a certified yoga teacher and sound practitioner based in Amsterdam. She applies ancient, efficient and straightforward holistic techniques to help you access your innate state of mental, physical, energetic well being in these modern times.
She discovered her love for yoga and sacred sound in 2005 through her training as a dancer. She is a firm believer in the power of physical expression and musical vibration to connect to the present moment and find a sense of home within the body.

» Bring your own mat! Please keep a 1,5-meter distance at all times.
» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each class with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our classes.
» No face masks during class. We don’t allow face masks in our classrooms since it’s not safe to do your practice wearing one.
» Come fully dressed to ensure easy entry & exit.
» There are no dressing rooms.
» Dress warmly. The weather is getting colder, and ventilation in our classrooms means it can get a bit chilly. Make sure you’re dressed accordingly.
» We don't do refunds. You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
