Zen Immersion ๑ Deep Relaxation & Live Sound Healing

Start every first Thursday of the month with our Zen Immersion. A combination of Deep Relaxation with a beautiful musical experience. Each month we'll have a different focus and sound.

Allow yourself to be carried away by soothing vibrations, while being fully held and supported by props. To actively rest, so that the body can reach that self healing state again. That is the goal here. Unwinding from that busy citylife, through relaxation. Creating that physical and mental balance, to lower our stress levels.

Each class we will set the intention, to slow down and open up the body and the mind. Surrendering to the moment, allowing the body to release, while the mind will be guided into silence.

So get completely comfortable and after 60 minutes, you will feel fully nourished and relaxed. Completely Zen!

GOOD TO KNOW:

» We don't do refunds. You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged.

» Don't forget to dress warm, bring warm socks and wear comfortable relaxing clothing

» We don't allow cell phones & bags in our sacred spaces. We have a dressing room and you are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk

» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each class, even if you are already changed in the right outfit. So, make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter and enjoy our classes. We have to be strict with this rule to ensure a peaceful class and a timely flow for the classes after that. We are responsible for the well-being of the whole group and can’t make exceptions on behalf of an individual. We respect your time so please respect our policy, your fellow students, hosts and teachers.
