Balance Yin Yang ๑ Harmonious Winter Yoga
Tune into the Winter. It is the yin season in Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM) system, a time for storing and conserving energy, the dark, slow, cold and inward energy. Winter solstice, just three days before Christmas, is usually the darkest, most yin day of the year. The kidneys and urinary bladder are the predominant yin yang pair of organs in winter, which govern the water system in out body. We will practice the movements based on the meridians of kidneys and urinary bladder. To find a balance within the mind-body and with the nature.
This time of year is about caring, grounding and balance. Harmonizing self with the season helps us stay healthy, prevent disease, and be clam. Through the practice and self regulation, let’s bring harmony and joy

» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each class with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter and enjoy our classes.
» Come fully dressed to ensure easy entry & exit. You can leave your belongings in our dressing rooms, but changing and showering are not permitted.
» We don't allow cell phones & bags in our sacred spaces. You are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk.
» Our mats are disinfected after each class, but feel free to bring your own if you feel more comfortable.
» Please keep 1,5 meter distance and follow your teacher's guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
» We don't do refunds. You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged.
