Morning Activation @ MindSpace Dam

Esmee will guide you through a moving meditation.

You will be working with your bandhas (energy locks) to keep you centered, working with your breath to keep you in the present moment and working with the power of the poses to take a journey inside yourself.

In this practice you will visit and explore every corner of your body. Opening up the physical body so that your prana, chi or life-force can flow freely. After class you will leave energized, playful and with an open mind.

» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each journey or ceremony with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.
» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. You can’t cancel an event, or ceremony but you can cancel a journey up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
