๑ YIN JOURNEY
with Ciska
At the start of each journey, we will listen to a few lines from the Bhagavad Gita (and other sacred texts) as an inspiration for the yin practice. The Gita can lead us to realise our timeless being.
While resting in a quiet presence during the yin poses, you can observe thoughts and feelings passing by. Like this, we will discover an unchanging peace inside.

GOOD TO KNOW
» You can find our entrance at the graffiti door. The door will be open 30 minutes before the start of your journey.
» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each journey or ceremony with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.
» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the session. We always lock the door 2 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed journey, so make sure to be on time.
» Please put your phone on airplane mode during the journey and don't bring it onto the mat. You are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk.
» Dress warmly. We are located in a warehouse, so that means it can get a bit chilly. Make sure you’re dressed accordingly. Tip: use layered clothing.
» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. You can’t cancel an event, or ceremony but you can cancel a journey up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
