Healing Frequencies ๑ Sound Alchemy
Sound as a medicine has been used in many cultures since the beginning of time. In this session Irem shares her modern sonic tools of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls that work on a cellular level to recalibrate the mind, body, and spirit.
Each session will be unique with a special theme, you can expect intention setting, gentle stretching and a guided meditation journey with sound.
To enhance your experience you can bring an eye-mask, a pillow, a towel/mat and a cozy blanket. And you're more than welcome to bring along your favorite crystals, sacred objects for this sacred healing session. Lie back, relax, and experience a new level of serenity as you embark on a Sound Meditation Journey. Before long, you'll find yourself floating in a state of deep relaxation as your tension and stress melts away.
These Crystal Alchemy Bowls are made of the highest quality (99.99% pure) quartz crystal, making them incredibly resonant. Each of the bowls is a unique piece of art infused with different crystals, earth substances, jem stones, precious metals and minerals. The tones produced by these bowls are not just heard by the ear, you'll feel them in your body, with certain tones affecting your energy centers (chakras) for healing and balancing. Since quartz is an amplifier and a transmitter, these alchemies are amplified as the bowls are played, giving the crystals a voice!

GOOD TO KNOW
» You can find our entrance at the graffiti door. The door will be open 30 minutes before the start of your journey.
» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each journey or ceremony with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.
» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the session. We always lock the door 2 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed journey, so make sure to be on time.
» Please put your phone on airplane mode during the journey and don't bring it onto the mat. You are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk.
» Dress warmly. We are located in a warehouse, so that means it can get a bit chilly. Make sure you’re dressed accordingly. Tip: use layered clothing.
» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. You can’t cancel an event, or ceremony but you can cancel a journey up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
