This is your invitation to pause. To lay down the weight of the day and be gently enveloped in a sanctuary of sound. You will embark on a guided meditation, a journey into the quiet landscape of your own being.

This journey is both a deep rest and a subtle, energetic realignment. As you are held by the soundscape, a gentle energy healing will flow through the space, helping to clear any static and harmonize your body's natural energy centers. The resonant frequencies are not just heard; they are felt, tuning you back to your own innate state of balance and vitality.

This unique tapestry of sound is woven just for you. This is a self-produced meditation journey, creating a deep, flowing current, while live, resonant tones from singing bowls and chimes dance upon it. It is a sound bath where you are not a spectator, but the very water being cleansed and renewed.

This is a space to soften, to breathe, and to remember the deep stillness that lives within you. There is nothing to do, and nowhere to go, except exactly where you are.

After the journey, we will gently return together, sharing space to integrate the experience in quiet community, allowing the peace to settle into our bones.

» This event will take place at Sir Adam Hotel @ THE ADAM TOWER - access via The Butcher Restaurant - go to the first floor - someone will pick you up there // Address: Overhoeksplein 7 Amsterdam >> BRING YOUR OWN MAT/PILLOW/BLANKET (INDULGE)

» The door will be open 20 minutes before the start of your journey.

» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of the journey with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program. Also be mindful of your commute by ferry transit!

» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the session. We always lock the door 2 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed journey, so make sure to be on time.

» Wear something comfortable and warm for the session. Tip: use layers!

» Bring your own (camping) mat, blanket, pillow to this journey (indulge in comfort)

» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
