Yin Moon Journey X BANK ๑ In The Energy Of The New Moon

A journey to get into our body by the hand of a yin yoga sequence designed in correlation to the available energy of the moment’s new moon. Recognizing the potential in opening up to a new cycle in something precious to us. The calmness that we look for in the yin yoga experience holds time and space for our soul to express through the depths of our energetic, emotional and physical bodies. By resting the mind we can feel and connect to our intuition, and the messages will pop up with more clarity in it. While being with others we create a stronger impulse to go for what we want and facilitate a clear intention to work through the new moon cycle.

» The door will be open 20 minutes before the start of your journey.
» The check-in closes 3 minutes before the start of each journey. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.
» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the session. We always lock the door 3 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed journey, so make sure to be on time.
» Please put your phone on airplane mode during the journey and don't bring it onto the mat.
» Wear comfortable clothing. Tip: use layered clothing + warm socks.
» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
