THE SACRED MEDICINE WHEEL OF SOUND
In SANCTUARY, I work with special harmonics and overtones through what is called the sacred five vowel sounds that correspond to the directions of the medicine wheel, each carrying specific healing properties:
A (ah) - East - Mental Body - Purification
The dawn, new beginnings, and illumination. Like the rising sun, this sound clears the mental fog and opens the heart to fresh perspective and clarity.
E (eh) - South - Emotional Body - Relationship
The path of the heart, where we build bridges between souls. This frequency restores our natural ability to connect, nurture relationships, and flow with our emotional truth.
I (ee) - West - Physical Body - Awareness
The direction of introspection and shadow work. This sound illuminates what was hidden within our physical selves, bringing conscious recognition to our body's wisdom and needs.
O (oh) - North - Spiritual Body - Innocence
The place of wisdom, elders, and ancestral knowledge. This frequency returns us to spiritual innocence, to the wonder and openness that allows divine wisdom to enter.
U (uu) - Center - All Bodies - Carrying
The sacred center, the axis mundi where all directions meet. This sound grounds and anchors, providing the foundation to carry our medicine and sustain our practice through all seasons of life.

Sanctuary - Heart Drums Of The Earth
The didgeridoo is the voice of the Earth itself, a continuous drone that connects us to the ancient, grounding strength of the land and its first peoples.
The flute allows us to listen for our soul's own whisper, a melodic thread of memory that leads us back to our true home, a place of peace we have always known.
Woven through these sounds are the sacred vowels of the Medicine Wheel, each a key that unlocks a different chamber of your being: the clearing 'Ah' of the East, the heartfelt 'Eh' of the South, the revealing 'Ee' of the West, the wise 'Oh' of the North, and the unifying 'Uu' at the center.
