On October 10, 2026, at 17:50 local time in Amsterdam (CEST), the New Moon arrives at approximately 17° Libra - a quiet reset in the sign of the scales, ruled by a planet that is already looking backward. Libra wants harmony, beauty, and a fair exchange. This year, that wish arrives with a condition. Venus, Libra’s ruler, stationed retrograde in Scorpio on October 3 and will not turn direct until mid-November.
