Moon Yin ๑ Generator Hostel Oosterpark
Is a class specially crafted around the energy and transits of Moon. Yin is the feminine half of the yang male-aspect- and it’s nature is inward, reflective and receptive. The moon represents the feminine qualities and governs the ebb and flow of the tides. Also, since we are 75% water, we are affected by the cycle of the moon in an inner-way, whether that is emotionally, energetically, or our thoughts.
So this class harnesses not only the flow of the moon, but also with the energies of the outer seasonal cycles and elements with our inner energy chakra systems and meridian lines.
Interwoven in this practice is meditation, visualization and breath work to bring you deeper into yourself to reflect, release and create space. This class brings deep relaxation and rejuvenation no only in your muscle tissues, but also emotionally, energetically and psychically – so that you feel more em-bodied, centered, grounded and present.

» Bring your own mat! Please keep a 1,5-meter distance at all times.
» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each class with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our classes.
» No face masks during class. We don’t allow face masks in our classrooms since it’s not safe to do your practice wearing one.
» Come fully dressed to ensure easy entry & exit.
» There are no dressing rooms.
» Dress warmly. The weather is getting colder, and ventilation in our classrooms means it can get a bit chilly. Make sure you’re dressed accordingly.
» We don't do refunds. You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
