Shamanic Ritual Trance Dance ๑ Inner Journey Of The Heart

This is a special Shamanic Ritual Trance Dance where we will take you on a Journey. This is always created intuitively and specifically guided and created in alignment with the natural cycles of the moon and sun.

Each month will be a different theme such as the sacred masculine and/or feminine, dancing your totem animal, god & goddess archetypes, the elements or chakras.

As with the weekly Ritual Trance Dances, elements of shamanism are incorporated in opening the sacred space through ancient spiritual practices as a way of connecting to Nature's and our own inner realm.

The word shaman means “to see in the dark” and thereby this is an invitation for you to let go of outer image and roles and enter your inner wisdom so that you reconnect with your true inner self and you create space for Great Spirit. You let go and let your Soul travel.

RITUAL
It will be a Journey through a sacred ceremony where you will set an intention to steer the course of your healing Journey. We invite you to bring a power object so that it may be charged with your journey and help guide you afterward, as you integrate back into the material world.

TRANCE DANCE
Through the rhythm of the drum, you will enter a dreamtime realm, beyond space and time, a place where you find limitless possibilities. Using breathwork, you will be able to enter into trance and leave the logical world behind you whilst accessing your inner realm of feeling. Our ancestors danced in the dark to access this non-linear state and you will do this through the use of a bandana or cloth to cover your eyes. Consider making this special and an expression of you. When you close off this primary sense your subtle senses awaken and you have vision, feeling, shapes or past lives may reveal themselves to you. You will journey within and become fully present. As you open to the Great Mystery, your body will dance through you and express your truth.


INTEGRATION
There is always space to allow the your body and psyche to integrate the journey. This happens at the end of the journey where you will have space to lie down, after which we will hold a Medicine Circle to allow yourself to share and stir the dream energy to help ground and consolidate your experience.

BANDANA
We invite you to bring your own bandana, as it is an expression of your essence and your truth. If you’re feeling creative, you may wish to adorn it with power symbols and design.

POWER OBJECT
Bring anything that has a special meaning like a crystal or pendant to put on the altar of the ritual. This is medicine and will be energized by the power of the dance. It is to carry and work with you afterward in the days and weeks to come.

» Sorry, we don't do refunds. Unfortunately, we can't disturb a started class, so make sure you are on time so you don't miss out! No exceptions.

» Don't forget to dress warm, bring warm socks and wear comfortable relaxing clothing

» We don't allow cell phones & bags in our sacred spaces. We have a dressing room and you are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk

» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each class, even if you are already changed in the right outfit. So, make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter and enjoy our classes. We have to be strict with this rule to ensure a peaceful class and a timely flow for the classes after that. We are responsible for the well-being of the whole group and can’t make exceptions on behalf of an individual. We respect your time so please respect our policy, your fellow students, hosts and teachers.
