Online Yin Yoga ๑ Calm Your Nerve System

“It’s all about keeping stress levels low and your immune system healthy”

The corona virus is changing how we live our daily lives.
We are forced to slow down and take of ourselves and open our heart to others in need.

We can take this as a good opportunity to change things in our lives that doesn’t serve us ‘ cleaning up our closets’ so to say.

But the most important thing now to do first is to relax, to calm down our nerve system and boost our immune system.

With the rise of numbers of infections our anxiety rises possibly along with it. We first need to calm down, stress and anxiety lowers down our immune system.

In this class we boost our immune system by rising our chi flow in our body by stimulating our meridian system, especially those connected to the organs that work hard for us at this time.

In the meanwhile we working on calming down our nerve system by visualisations and soft breathwork. Positive thoughts are stimulated and by the end of the class you feel relaxed and filled with clean fresh energy, so we can keep the flu, cold and yes corona a lesser change to harm us.
