This shamanic meditation brings for you a moment to connect with your inner Realm of the Hidden. A space in your daily lives to let go and meet with your Soul-Self or Higher Self. You have a moment in time to connect with the Great Mystery, Spirit or however, you wish to name the un-nameable…

Life always brings its challenges and these mediations are crafted to gift you tools to help you to carry yourself and overcome obstacles. These practices help you connect with your wise-self, inner guide or shaman through the art of visualization, metaphor, and story.

This is like mediation in that you practice Being present. Also, this is a journey in that you use the power or your visualization to heal and gently transform. Not only does this practice bring calm, reviving the senses, but also it is a safe and light-hearted space too you connect with your intuition (your inner-knowing) which makes whole, uplifts and brings gentle changes in your consciousness. This is shamanic work in that it takes you out of working from the small I or small Will, to open you up to the larger-you, the big Will or Inner Spirit…It is being able to let go and surrender to this that creates a spiritual flow in your life…and the experience of your inner shaman.

These sessions are aligned with the natural and celestial cycles and will help you to live from your heart, cultivating strength of spirit instead or the wilful pushing through in acts of over-powering or even under-powering…

In shamanic thought as well as all ancient teachings all tell us that our outer world reflects our inner…So join in and own and change your inner landscape to gently transform to reclaim your true inner light and power. Guided by your intuition and spirit instead of the constant ego-wishes. When you connect to your internal world you begin to surf on a different wave and you will feel more calm and peaceful as well as more harmony which creates healing not only in your world…but creating ripples in the web of life and the whole world around you…

GOOD TO KNOW:

» We don't do refunds. You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged.

» Don't forget to dress warm, bring warm socks and wear comfortable relaxing clothing

» We don't allow cell phones & bags in our sacred spaces. We have a dressing room and you are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk

» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each class, even if you are already changed in the right outfit. So, make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter and enjoy our classes. We have to be strict with this rule to ensure a peaceful class and a timely flow for the classes after that. We are responsible for the well-being of the whole group and can’t make exceptions on behalf of an individual. We respect your time so please respect our policy, your fellow students, hosts and teachers.
