In this Sound Medicine Journey special we will create a magical evening to deeply nourish the body and inspire the mind.
The healing combination of Wim Hof Breath Work and beautiful Sound Bath will make this a night to remember!
For this exclusive journey, The Conscious Club bundled forces with our friends from B. - Building Business!
We will transform their former Postal Office Warehouse into a dreamlike intimate location and fill the space with mesmerizing candle lights, Persian carpets, and lush plants.
Within this safe location (with enough distance between all breathers) we have space for a big group, which will increase the power of the session.
While Rein Sarink will guide us through a powerful breath journey, Sacred Suara will provide us with a beautiful Sound Bath. Sound and Breath Work combined make a strong restorative force to help reduce stress and can relieve pain while creating more energy and focus.
During this Sound Medicine you are invited to lay down with your eyes closed, connect with the power of your breath, as it helps you to connect with your inner strength, and be in the present.
BREATH WORK
The breath is a great tool that unites the body with the mind.
Rein will introduce you to the Wim Hof Method, called ‘controlled hyperventilation or power breathing’, to release your inner fire. Deep and rhythmic inhalations and exhalations will be followed by a retention time, where you hold your breath for a certain amount of time: you will be amazed about the effects, and how long you are actually capable of holding your breath!
These exercises of the Wim Hof Method are proven to have health benefits, both for the body and the mind, by influencing your nervous system and changing various physiological responses. It will lead to more resilience towards everyday stress, mental and physiology, and feeling more in control. Next to that, this deep and powerful breathing can get you in a very spiritual state of mind, by giving access to those parts in your brain where you can find DMT, your own ‘homemade’ spiritual access point.
SOUND
Sacred Suara is a professional sound healer, who uses several beautiful instruments to take you on a meditative and relaxing journey.
She hosts Sound Baths, meditations, and Sound Journeys to help people let go of stress and embrace relaxation. Guided by the enchanting sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls, handpan, ocean drum, chimes, and Tibetan Bells - you will be able to recharge and get rid of emotional blockages. https://sacredsuara.nl/sound/

Start your evening with a delicious vegetarian meal to support your body and mind during this journey. At the rooftop cafe restaurant Bureau (same location), we will host this dinner to connect with your fellow breathers.
