This class is for everyone who wants to learn how to reduce their stress-level, sharpen their concentration, and wants to feel more energized and refreshed. Meditating will also bring you more inner calmness and helps you to overcome fears and anxieties. Meditation is the best medication, so get into your meditative pose already!

๑ DEEP RELAX MEDITATION

Join us into a deep and meditative journey, floating between that sleep and the awake state. The journey will take you through all of your layers, to reach your inner truth. Meditation is known for it’s restoring powers. It will help you restore, relax, de-stress, increase your awareness, change bad habits, and eventually understand your true calling and higher purpose. It is an amazing tool to fuse your consciousness with your powerful subconscious and through that, change your life.

๑ WIM HOF BREATHING & MEDITATION EXERCISES

The Wim Hof Method is similar to Tummo (inner heat) Meditation and Pranayama (yogic breathing). Yet it is something else entirely. While Wim has read a lot of books on yoga and meditation for many years, this technique primordially comes from what he terms ‘cold hard nature’. By subjecting himself to the bitter conditions of nature, he learned to withstand the extreme forces of cold, heat and fear. If you learn this method or technique correctly, it will empower you to do the same.

๑ MEDITATION & YIN

We dive deep by drawing our attention inward, making a connection with our subtle bodies (Physical, mental, energetic and emotional body). If these subtle bodies are out of balance we may encounter tensions, pain and agonies.
With the practice of yin yoga, these tensions can be progressively reduced. We are balancing out our system through; poses, breathing, meditation and mindfulness.

Yin yoga poses focuses on the fascia, the type of tissue that keeps us together which is also interlinked with our nervous system and our brain. There is increasing information and understanding about the importance of stretching the fascia. Fascia stretching is often credited as the most effective bodywork one can do, as it enables the development of deep foundational strength and keeps us moving in a flexible and sore free way; it increases circulation, and lubricates and hydrates the entire body. More importantly are the energy channels that run in a pathway through the fascia, where subtle energy flows and wire all parts together. This subtle energy which is also called Chi or Prāṇa gives us life force.

Disease is believed to be a blockage in the energy flow of these channels. A range of healing traditions, including acupuncture, acupressure, massage and yoga, are founded on the principle of these energy channels or pathways, known as meridians, or nadis, running around the body in an expansive network.

In these sessions, we compress and stretch the fascia so this subtle energy can run freely, eliminates the blockages and keeps our body healthy and free from disease and tension.
While drawing our whole attention inward, creating a stronger connection with our body and mind. After this Deep Yin session, we feel more flexible, relaxed and energized.

GOOD TO KNOW

» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each class with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our classes. 

» Please keep a 1,5-meter distance at all times and bring your own towel to cover the props.

» No face masks during class. We don’t allow face masks in our classrooms since it’s not safe to do your practice wearing one. 

» Come fully dressed to ensure easy entry & exit. You can leave your belongings in our dressing rooms, but changing and showering are not permitted. 

» We don't allow cell phones & bags in our sacred spaces. You are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk. 

» About clean air at the club: We have a wonderful ventilation system that constantly refreshes the air inside our building. We also use humidifiers! This means aerosols cannot travel outside of your mat, as all the water in the airflow weighs the air molecules down. That makes us a super safe space to be in! 

» Dress warmly. The weather is getting colder, and ventilation in our classrooms means it can get a bit chilly. Make sure you’re dressed accordingly. 

» We don't do refunds. You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
