Balance Yin Yang ๑ Harmonious Late-Summer Yoga
Tune into the Late Summer. It is a special season in Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM) system. The days are getting shorter, yet there is still light. It might rain in the morning and evening, yet there is still heat in the afternoon. By observing the changes of nature, we will practice the movements with the focus on the digestive system, associated with the Yin Yang pair of organs (spleen and stomach). We guild the flow of Qi energy through the meridians of spleen and stomach to find a balance within the mind-body and with the nature.
This time of year is all about centering, grounding and balance. Harmonizing self with the season helps us stay healthy, prevent disease, and be clam. Through the practice and self regulation, let’s bring harmony and joy.

» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each class with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter and enjoy our classes.
» Come fully dressed to ensure easy entry & exit. You can leave your belongings in our dressing rooms, but changing and showering are not permitted.
» We don't allow cell phones & bags in our sacred spaces. You are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk.
» Our mats are disinfected after each class, but feel free to bring your own if you feel more comfortable.
» Please keep 1,5 meter distance and follow your teacher's guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
» We don't do refunds. You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged.
