Breath Work Quest ๑ A Wellbeing Immersion
Join us for an unique deep breath work immersion at ADAM TOWER!
You may be wondering why “just” breathing can be so powerful. Slow breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, also called the “rest and digest” system. Its job is to conserve energy to be used for bodily processes such as digestion.
Deep breathing also activates the vagus nerve, which is like the boss of the parasympathetic nervous system, overseeing things like mood, digestion, and heart rate. It will also send more oxygen to your brain and other organs.
Deep breathing is known to help with anxiety, depression, managing stress, improving focus, better sleep and faster recovery from exercise. Next to that, deep and powerful breathing can get you in very spiritual state of mind, by giving access to those parts in your brain where you can find DMT, your own ‘homemade’ spiritual access point.
In this breath work journey we will dive into the power of breath and we can't wait to share this mind-blowing tool with all of you!

» The door will be open 20 minutes before the start of your journey.
» The check-in closes 3 minutes before the start of each journey or ceremony with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.
» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the session. We always lock the door 3 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed journey, so make sure to be on time.
» Please put your phone on airplane mode during the journey and don't bring it onto the mat.
» Wear comfortable clothing. Tip: use layered clothing + warm socks.
» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
