Harp & Yin Journey ๑ A Magical Deep Dive

Observe the inner landscape and escape from the dynamic and hectic city life in this healing harp & yin journey. During this deep dive we guide you through a meditative yin practice accompanied by the healing sounds of the harp. The combination of longer held yin postures and the soft and gentle sound of the harp will bring body and mind into a deep state of relaxation and helps to activate the parasympathetic nerves system. By holding the yin postures up to five minutes we allow the connective tissue to slowly soften and we boost the circulation of Chi through the body.

Emilie teaches several styles of yoga including yin yoga. In her yin journeys mindfulness and self-compassion are important factors. Her mission is to help you to connect with the body and breath and to allow yourself to ‘take a break’ from the mind that is always busy creating stories.

Laura Lotti writes her own repertoire for meditative music. She plays this music during yoga classes and meditation concerts. Intuitive playing is also often on her program at healing concerts. The harp has a very calm and healing effect with its soft, typical sound. A meditation concert or yin session with live harp music can promote physical, emotional and spiritual recovery.

GOOD TO KNOW:
» You can find our entrance at the graffiti door. The door will be open 20 minutes before the start of your journey.

» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each journey or ceremony with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.

» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the session. We always lock the door 2 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed journey, so make sure to be on time.

» Please put your phone on airplane mode during the journey and don't bring it onto the mat. You are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk.

» Dress warmly. We are located in a warehouse, so that means it can get a bit chilly. Make sure you’re dressed accordingly. Tip: use layered clothing.

» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. You can’t cancel an event, or ceremony but you can cancel a journey up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
