Memory of My Heart ๑ Meditation & Sound Session

You're warmly invited to a heart-opening evening of sound, stillness, and remembrance at Sir ADAM in the ADAM Tower - an intimate gathering to celebrate the release of my debut album, Milo – Memory of My Heart.

Lie down, breathe deep, and let go.
We’ll begin with a gentle meditation, guiding you into presence - leaving worries behind.
Then, immerse yourself in a live sonic journey of piano, strings, angelic voices, and nature - music crafted to open the heart, quiet the mind, and awaken the spirit.

After this journey of around 30-45 minutes - we have left plenty of time to mingle and connect!

We’re looking forward to touch base again, seeing old and new faces - for some Heartfelt connections!

We can’t wait to see you again!

» The door will be open 20 minutes before the start of your journey.

» The check-in closes 3 minutes before the start with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.
