So excited to host our sacred cacao ceremony again at the amazing Sir Adam at ADAM Tower!

For this ceremony White Horse Spirit has come forward to journey with us. For the past weeks we’ve been receiving visions of the White Horse, guiding us into the new chapter of 2024.

White Horse is a master of knowledge, strength and faith. They are the teacher of spiritual progress and are adept in the fields of intellectualism and reason. Silvia Saunders is a professional sound healer, who uses several beautiful instruments to take you on a meditative and relaxing journey. She hosts sounds baths to help people let go of stress and embrace relaxation. THE CEREMONY

OUR CACAO
Our pure, raw cacao comes from Guatemala. The Criollo bean cacao is sourced with the highest active compounds to produce the most mind altering experience possible. It is blessed by cacao shaman Keith and intended to work within ceremony to support in transmuting energy. This cacao does not force you anywhere, but it will act as a partner healing medicine, supporting you in whatever you wish to open, heal or experience. The cacao elixer is completely safe to drink and has no hallucinating effect.

EXTRA INFORMATION

In the last months I have been guided towards hosting a very intimate and personal spiritual year program.

Not many people know about the path I have walked to become the energy worker I am today. Words or titles can’t really grasp the full spectrum of my energy work, but if I had to give it a title, it would be a combination of an Original Earth Keeper, Modern Day Shamanic Healer and Energetic Architect. By any means, I am part of #teamearth and here to make sure that everyone is keeping themselves to the Universal Laws that are connected to this amazing planet. This is one of my energetic jobs here in this lifetime.

My spiritual teachings did not come from any person living on this Earth, but it came directly from my spirit guides. Some of them you will recognize from The Conscious Club, such as chief Red Cloud, my Native American family and the many spirit animals you see there. About my other direct teachers I would like to stay humble, but I can share it are ascended masters, accompanied with a big group of Archangels. I learned my teachings directly from Source.

When I was young and on my own spiritual journey, I had always difficulties finding other “psychic” people who actually had clear answers on how to work with and develop what I saw, sensed and knew. As there weren’t many people as advanced in the work they do, nor do they see very much further than the occasional entity or finding answers by doing Tarot cards. Unfortunately I still see much of this today. The quality of teachings are very poor, and most of the time not even from source, but a copy pasta of inauthentic ego-based teachers or unfortunately not detailed or advanced enough to provide energetic safety. But this is not the reason why I am providing this year training ;-) haha

Ecstatic dance is a style of free-form dance in which the music is the teacher. In this form of dance, there is no structure or steps to follow! We're super excited about our first Full Day Retreat at The Conscious Club!

Wim Hof Workshop ๑ Breathing, Cold Exposure & Commitment

Learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method from a certified trainer in the Wim Hof Method (WHM). Breathing, cold exposure and commitment will give you an experience that is unique for the WHM. You will learn how to optimise your body and mind on a daily basis just by using these 3 elements.

The breathing technique in the WHM is very powerful and usually the unexpected element. For those who come on a regular basis to the breathing meditations at The Conscious Club already know how powerful this is. But why and how this breathing can help you to fix your mental and/or physical state will be further explained and experienced during this workshop.

‘The Cold is my warm friend’ as Wim Hof tends to say. But what does this mean? Why torture yourself with cold showers? Well coldness is a very powerful element in nature in which we always respond to when it hits the body. How you cope with cold exposure and what happens inside your body and why this is beneficial, we will explain during this workshop.

At the end of the workshop you can try our ice-bath. Go in completely or just with your legs, that is up to you. Thus, our ice-bath is optional!

Commitment is the third element of the WHM. Without commitment, going into the cold and doing breath-work, it will be very hard. If you have the commitment to fully focus during the breath-work and cold exposure, you will be able to master your own body and mind.

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but requires a basic level of health. Out of precaution we advise against participation during pregnancy and when you are epileptic. Restorative Sound Ceremony ๑ An Evening Of Healing

When you are looking for an evening of healing in the most relaxing way, come join our Restorative Sound Ceremony: A live musical journey inwards, where we combine restorative yoga and deep relaxation meditation together with other healing elements. Every fourth Thursday of the month, for two whole hours we will deeply travel inwards guided by our own sound magician Silvia and our slow talking yogi Marjolein.

Allow yourself to be carried away by the healing vibrations of Silvia’s magical instruments and enchanting voice while being fully held and supported by props. To actively rest, so that the body can release and reach that self-healing state again. At the same time Marjolein’s storytelling will help you to unwind from that busy city life, to guide the mind into silence and lower those stress levels.

By combining all these elements, a magical journey comes together, where you get to create that physical and mental balance, without hardly doing anything. All the doing is done for you, so you get to enjoy that moment, of truly being.

In each journey we will set the intention together to slow down. For in this busy world, slowing down is often the medicine we need. In a way, these Restorative Sounds Ceremonies are a celebration of slowness. Of stillness. For when we slow down, when we become still: then we truly find ourselves.

Manifestation and Intention ๑ Sound Bath & Fire Ceremony

A fire ceremony can be performed any time you are feeling stuck, creating something new, or need to shift the energy.

When we work with intention setting, we are able to break old habits and create new positive patterns of thoughts, actions and attitudes.

A fire ceremony is the most powerfully transformative of all rituals. Each fire ceremony offers us the opportunity to use the source of all light to amplify our intentions and oblations. When stress or tension however becomes long-term, or an experience is so intense that it overwhelms you, it can be difficult to return to a completely relaxed and balanced state again.

This can express itself in symptoms like fatigue, a consistent sense of tension, fear, insomnia, headaches, or the sense of ‘being stuck’. Tension can depending on the person, express itself in many different ways, but what happens in the nervous system is the same for all of us. This is why releasing tension through the nervous system and allowing the body to return to a more balanced state, can relieve all the different symptoms related to stress.

TRE® (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises) and Yoga Nidra are both very effective practices that help to release tension through the body. The story behind the tension is less relevant in this approach, which makes it very effective still if you don’t talk about the events that caused it, or don’t know why you are feeling tense.

In this workshop, Suze explains what stress does to the body and how TRE® and Yoga Nidra work. You will get to enjoy 2 Yoga Nidra practices and 2 TRE sessions, combined with lectures. There are only 15 spots available for this workshop, so there is enough personal attention for each participant.

What is TRE®?

TRE® stands for Tension or Trauma Release Exercises and has been developed by Dr. David Bercelli. It is a method that allows you to release tension through the body through tremors. This can be tension that arises during the normal activities of daily life, or stored tension related to traumatic experiences from the past.

Through a series of simple exercises, we will create a little bit of tension in the body which will trigger the natural tremor mechanism of the body. In a relaxed posture, the body can then release the built-up tension through tremors, allowing the body to return to a more balanced state. All mammals have this innate ability to release tension through this mechanism.

TRE® is very effective when dealing with:

- Different tension symptoms like headaches, neck- and shoulder issues, sleeplessness.
- Fears and ruminating thoughts
- Tension in parts of the body like the hips, jaws, belly, or chest
- Healing from stressful or traumatizing experiences

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a form of of deep meditation. Through a series of steps it brings you in a state between sleep and wakefulness. In this state, the subconscious is more active and experiences can be processed on a different level. The body goes into a state of deep rest which allows the blood pressure and heart rate to lower. Yoga Nidra is a very accessible and therapeutic form of meditation that is very useful for the following symptoms:
- overall fatigue
- difficulties falling asleep or ‘turning off’
- burn-out symptoms (either before an actual burn out or during the recovery)
- dealing with challenging situations like chronic pain or emotional hardship
- needing support in finding a healthy balance between activity and rest

Sacred Cacao Ceremony ๑ A Heart Opening Journey

Raw cacao, a natural plant medicine has been used for thousands of years in the Mayan culture of South America for medicinal, spiritual and ceremonial purposes. In Mayan tradition, the word cacao is literally translated as “heart blood“, emphasizing the importance the plant possesses in their culture. Cacao is a true heart opener, a soft and gentle medicine that will guide you to the door, but it's up to you if you want to open it or not.

Cacao also increases the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain as well as induces the release of endorphins and dopamine, our feel-good hormones. As a result, we are happier and our creativity is reaching peak states.

THE CEREMONY

OUR CACAO
Our pure, raw cacao comes from Guatemala. The Criollo bean cacao is sourced with the highest active compounds to produce the most mind altering experience possible. It is blessed by cacao shaman Keith and intended to work within ceremony to support in transmuting energy. This cacao does not force you anywhere, but it will act as a partner healing medicine, supporting you in whatever you wish to open, heal or experience. The cacao elixer is completely safe to drink and has no hallucinating effect.

Wim Hof Workshop ๑ Breathing, Cold Exposure & Commitment

Learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method from a certified trainer in the Wim Hof Method (WHM). Breathing, cold exposure and commitment will give you an experience that is unique for the WHM. You will learn how to optimise your body and mind on a daily basis just by using these 3 elements.

The breathing technique in the WHM is very powerful and usually the unexpected element. For those who come on a regular basis to the breathing meditations at The Conscious Club already know how powerful this is. But why and how this breathing can help you to fix your mental and/or physical state will be further explained and experienced during this workshop.

‘The Cold is my warm friend’ as Wim Hof tends to say. But what does this mean? Why torture yourself with cold showers? Well coldness is a very powerful element in nature in which we always respond to when it hits the body. How you cope with cold exposure and what happens inside your body and why this is beneficial, we will explain during this workshop.

At the end of the workshop you can try our ice-bath. Go in completely or just with your legs, that is up to you. Thus, our ice-bath is optional!

Commitment is the third element of the WHM. Without commitment, going into the cold and doing breath-work, it will be very hard. If you have the commitment to fully focus during the breath-work and cold exposure, you will be able to master your own body and mind.

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but requires a basic level of health. Out of precaution we advise against participation during pregnancy and when you are epileptic. Restorative Sound Ceremony ๑ An Evening Of Healing

When you are looking for an evening of healing in the most relaxing way, come join our Restorative Sound Ceremony: A live musical journey inwards, where we combine restorative yoga and deep relaxation meditation together with other healing elements. Every fourth Thursday of the month, for two whole hours we will deeply travel inwards guided by our own sound magician Silvia and our slow talking yogi Marjolein.

Allow yourself to be carried away by the healing vibrations of Silvia’s magical instruments and enchanting voice while being fully held and supported by props. To actively rest, so that the body can release and reach that self-healing state again. At the same time Marjolein’s storytelling will help you to unwind from that busy city life, to guide the mind into silence and lower those stress levels.

By combining all these elements, a magical journey comes together, where you get to create that physical and mental balance, without hardly doing anything. All the doing is done for you, so you get to enjoy that moment, of truly being.

In each journey we will set the intention together to slow down. For in this busy world, slowing down is often the medicine we need. In a way, these Restorative Sounds Ceremonies are a celebration of slowness. Of stillness. For when we slow down, when we become still: then we truly find ourselves.

GOOD TO KNOW:

» You can find our entrance at the graffiti door. The door will be open 30 minutes before the start of your journey.
» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each journey or ceremony with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.
» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the session. We always lock the door 2 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed journey, so make sure to be on time.
» Please put your phone on airplane mode during the journey and don't bring it onto the mat. You are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk.
» Dress warmly. We are located in a warehouse, so that means it can get a bit chilly. Make sure you’re dressed accordingly. Tip: use layered clothing.
» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. You can’t cancel an event, or ceremony but you can cancel a journey up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.

» 10-Ride Journeys | €135 instead of €267,50 (valid for three months)
» New Member Introduction Card | €60 for 10 journeys (valid for one month)
» Ceremony | Prices vary depending on the type of ceremony
