We have invited Rein Sarink, Laura Lotti and Silvia Saunders to take you on different medicine journeys. Every journey will be a unique one.
Come discover the deeply healing combination of Wim Hof breath work with ancient instruments such as harp, singing bowls, Indian flute and gong.
Ancient instruments can restore vibratory frequencies of the body, mind, and soul that are out-of-harmony and diseased.
The sounds they emit work as a type of energy medicine that has been known to heal pain, depression and stress.
During this Sound Medicine you can lay down and leave all thinking and doing of the day behind. The relaxing sound of either singing bowls, gong, Indian flute or the harp will guide you deeper into peace and relaxation. No doubt this will be night to remember!
BREATH WORK (Rein Sarink)
The breath is the tool that unites body with the mind.
When Rein is teaching, he will introduce you to the Wim Hof Method, called ‘controlled hyperventilation or power breathing’, to release your inner fire. Deep and rhythmic inhalations and exhalations will be followed by a retention time, where you hold your breath for a certain amount of time: you will be amazed about the effects, and how long you are actually capable of holding your breath!
These exercises of the Wim Hof Method are proven to have health benefits, both for the body and the mind, by influencing your nervous system and changing various physiological responses. It will lead to more resilience towards everyday stress, mentally and physiology and feeling more in control. Next to that, this deep and powerful breathing can get you in very spiritual state of mind, by giving access to those parts in your brain where you can find DMT, your own ‘homemade’ spiritual access point.
SOUND
Laura Lotti is harpist is recognizable by her adventurous and intuitive sounds that lead to surprising sounds. By playing meditative music she explores the calming effects of the harp. At her sessions, it is about inner peace. She improvises from her own existing compositions, where a diverse spectrum of spheres will cross your ears.
Silvia Saura, aka Sacred Suara, is a professional sound healer, who uses several beautiful instruments to take you on a meditative and relaxing journey. She hosts Sound Baths, meditations, and Sound Journeys to help people let go of stress and embrace relaxation. Guided by the enchanting sounds of crystal and metal singing bowls, handpan, ocean drum, chimes, and Tibetan Bells - you will be able to recharge and get rid of emotional blockages

GOOD TO KNOW
» You can find our entrance at the graffiti door. The door will be open 30 minutes before the start of your journey.
» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each journey or ceremony with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.
» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the session. We always lock the door 2 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed journey, so make sure to be on time.
» Please put your phone on airplane mode during the journey and don't bring it onto the mat. You are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk.
» Dress warmly. We are located in a warehouse, so that means it can get a bit chilly. Make sure you’re dressed accordingly. Tip: use layered clothing.
» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. You can’t cancel an event, or ceremony but you can cancel a journey up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
