The Medicine Wheel, also known as the Sacred Hoop, is a circle of power and knowledge, a way of understanding life, framed in a circle. Consisting of four cardinal directions (and seven directions in total), each direction is a specific source of power, a mirror and reflects to us what we need to know to grow, develop and continue our journey on the wheel. Exploring the medicine wheel will help you develop a healthy relationship with all the spiritual forces in your life— assisting you in finding wholeness, balance, and harmony in your work and personal life.

THE POWERS OF THE EAST: CLARITY, WISDOM & ILLUMINATION
For exploring the powers of the east, the dwelling space of Eagle, we will utilize the shamanic journey, one of the most important tools of shamanism. It is an invaluable tool for tapping into the larger field of non-ordinary reality, allowing you to access the deep inner wisdom of our ancestors and the Spirit that lives in all things. You may wish to journey to meet your power animal(s) or spirit guide(s), for personal healing, for guidance or for any number of other reasons.

GOOD TO KNOW:
» You can find our entrance at the graffiti door. The door will be open 30 minutes before the start of your journey.
» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each journey or ceremony with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.
» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the session. We always lock the door 2 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed journey, so make sure to be on time.
» Please put your phone on airplane mode during the journey and don't bring it onto the mat. You are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk.
» Dress warmly. We are located in a warehouse, so that means it can get a bit chilly. Make sure you’re dressed accordingly. Tip: use layered clothing.
» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. You can’t cancel an event, or ceremony but you can cancel a journey up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
