Relaxing body-weight workout combined with exercises to improve our mobility, flexibility and body balance including core, arms, legs, glutes and back muscles to maintain our health condition and prevent health issues.
And because it is relaxing we prefer volume over intensity. The exercises can be bit challenging so everyone can find they own level of difficulty.
This class is suitable for all levels and is mediate in intensity.
