Mindfulness & Writing ๑ Restorative 6-Week Program
Do you feel overwhelmed, stressed out, anxious about the future, or stuck in the past, thinking over and over about certain events that you’ve experienced and unable to move on with your life?

Through expert guidance and in the safe and supportive environment of a small, intimate, and interactive group, you'll get to journey deeply inwards and explore process and release the obstacles that have been limiting your ability to experience an overall sense of life satisfaction.
You’ll be guided through powerful mindfulness techniques and a progression of restorative writing forms that are based on proven research in the field of writing and wellness, and that includes Expressive writing, Poetic writing, Storytelling, Transactional writing, Manifestation writing, and Legacy writing to help you overcome emotional challenges that keep you from living in alignment with your highest good.
You’ll arrive at the end of the six-week transformative workshop feeling more relaxed, revitalized, inspired, connected and free.

No writing or meditation experience is necessary to benefit from this workshop, all you need is a willingness to journey deeply inward.
About Susan:
Susan J. Nassuna is a Ugandan-Dutch writer and highly experienced trainer in the fields of Writing for Wellness, Stress Management, and Meditation.
Her warm and compassionate nature helps her students, to relax deeply and access their inner healing resources in the safe and supportive environments she creates, leading them to profound inner revelations and transformations.

GOOD TO KNOW
» The workshop is limited to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 participants and will only proceed if the minimum number of registrants is filled.
» Attendance of the first session is very important! So try not to miss it.
» All workshop materials will be provided, just remember to wear very comfortable clothes and to avoid eating a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the workshop starts.
» The writing exercises will be sent weekly to you via email.
» Your personal writing is not shared with the group unless you choose to share. What is shared are your reflections on the impact the writing is having on you.
» The teacher will be available for phone and email chats for the duration of the workshop, should you need extra support or advice.
» Please note, this workshop is not a substitute for medical or psychological advice, evaluation or treatment. If you have a history of serious psychological conditions, or have recently experienced trauma, then this workshop may not be suitable for you due to the deeply emotional writing exercises that may trigger unwanted effects for you. Speak to an appropriate medical professional for advice before signing up.

» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each class with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our classes.
» Please keep a 1,5-meter distance at all times and bring your own towel to cover the props.
» No face masks during class. We don’t allow face masks in our classrooms since it’s not safe to do your practice wearing one.
» Please put your phone on airplane mode during class and don't bring it onto the mat. You are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk.
» You can find our entrance at the graffiti door. The door will be open 20 minutes before the start of your class
» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the class. We always lock the door 2 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed practice, so make sure to be on time.
» We don't do refunds. You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
