Breath Discovery ๑ Three Different Breath Work Tools
There is so much to discover about the power of breath! Did you know that this year’s Nobel prize in medicine went to 3 scientists who discovered how the body responds to changes in oxygen levels, one of the most essential processes for life. They discovered how cells sense falling oxygen levels and respond by making new blood cells and blood vessels.
With our Breath Discovery we will experience three different, but in a way also very common, sorts of breathing every month.
1. WIM HOF BREATH WORK
We will go deeper into the Wim Hof Breathing. The Wim Hof Method, is called ‘controlled hyperventilation or power breathing’, to release your inner fire. Deep and rhythmic inhalations and exhalations will be followed by a retention time, where you hold your breath for a certain amount of time: you will be amazed about the effects, and how long you are actually capable of holding your breath! We will focus on the third eye, open up and get in contact with our body again, going into a more spiritual state.
2. DEEP POWER BREATH WORK
This is a similar technique as the Wim Hof Breathing but now we will go deeper and faster and opening up the body but also opening up the pineal gland. Breathing can give you so much insights beside all the award winning science!
3. CONNECTED BREATH WORK
By this gentle and circular breathing technique we will open up the heart. We keep on breathing circular, connected to dig in to this layer in-between sleep and being awake. Opening up and in away we will transform our state of mind. Releasing what needs to be released and really let go!
So proper breathing has a lot of health benefits and really gives your immune system a boost, but also in meditation it will help you to go deeper and further then you ever imagined you would go spiritually.

» Sorry, we don't do refunds. Unfortunately, we can't disturb a started class, so make sure you are on time so you don't miss out! No exceptions. Arriving just a few minutes before the start of the class is already too late, since you need the time to leave your belongings, change your clothes or maybe use the toilet.
» Don't forget to dress warm, bring warm socks and wear comfortable relaxing clothing, feel free to bring an extra blanket!
» Cell phones, bags, jackets or shoes are not welcome during classes or events. Feel free to leave your belongings in the changing room or at the reception to be kept safely.
» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each class, even if you are already changed in the right outfit. So, make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter and enjoy our classes. We have to be strict with this rule to ensure a peaceful class and a timely flow for the classes after that. We are responsible for the well-being of the whole group and can’t make exceptions on behalf of an individual.
