Breath of Life ๑ Breath Work, Meditation & Energy Healing
Join us for an unique deep breath work, meditation and energy healing session at ADAM TOWER this June!
We will start the session with a Yoga Nidra guided meditation to land into our body, feeling relaxed and ready for a deeper journey with a breath work session and energy healing. A portal for deep spiritual connection!
Breath Work
The Wim Hof Method, is called ‘controlled hyperventilation or power breathing’, to release your inner fire. Deep and rhythmic inhalations and exhalations will be followed by a retention time, where you hold your breath for a certain amount of time: you will be amazed about the effects, and how long you are actually capable of holding your breath!
These exercises of the Wim Hof Method are proven to have health benefits, both for the body and the mind, by influencing your nervous system and changing various physiological responses. It will lead to more resilience towards everyday stress, mentally and physiology and feeling more in control. Next to that, this deep and powerful breathing can get you in very spiritual state of mind, by giving access to those parts in your brain where you can find DMT, your own ‘homemade’ spiritual access point.
Yoga Nidra & Energy Healing
Yoga Nidra is a deep and meditative journey, floating between the sleep and the awake state. Meditation is known for it’s restoring powers. It will help you restore, relax, de-stress and also increase your awareness. For the energy healing all you have to do is lay down and let yourself be carried by the healing frequencies, spirit guides, Archangels, and spirit animals we are bringing to you on the mat during the breath work session. Know that we are specialists in Energetic Safety at The Conscious Club, so you are always in a safe environment to open up.We are excited to explore these deepen layers with all of you!

» The door will be open 30 minutes before the start of your journey.
» The check-in closes 3 minutes before the start of each journey or ceremony with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.
» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the session. We always lock the door 3 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed journey, so make sure to be on time.
» Please put your phone on airplane mode during the journey and don't bring it onto the mat.
» Wear comfortable clothing. Tip: use layered clothing + warm socks.
» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
