Sacred Cacao Ceremony ๑ Guided Meditation, Energy Healing, Sharing Circle and Sound
We are so excited to host our sacred cacao ceremony again at the amazing Sir Adam at ADAM Tower!
For this ceremony we’ll be working closely with the astrological influence of that period; Mars, Venus, Aries and Neptune!
A ceremonial journey where we allow ourselves to sit still, to reconnect to the wisdom of our Heart and create an opening to work with our Higher Self and Spirit is powerful. It’s more than just taking a moment to unwind, it’s about being more connected to our higher purpose during our journey here on Earth.
April 12–13 offers a poetic balance - the ethereal, potentially foggy Mars-Neptune drive finds a harmonious outlet and protective glow from Venus-Jupiter. It's like chasing a dream with passion (Mars-Neptune) while the universe throws open doors, adds luck, and reminds you to enjoy the journey (Venus-Jupiter). Channel it into creative/spiritual/relational pursuits, stay grounded to avoid over-idealizing, and it will be both magical and restorative! Perfect to connect to your intentions!
To sink from the head to the heart we use raw cacao, a natural plant medicine has been used for thousands of years in the Mayan culture of South America for medicinal, spiritual and ceremonial purposes. Cacao is a true heart opener, a soft and gentle medicine that increases the ‘love hormone’ oxytocin and helps creativity reaching peak states. Cacao has been shown to boost the immune system and lower cholesterol and blood pressure as well as leading to euphoria and deeper spiritual connection. This 2,5 hour in-depth ceremony will be supported by a custom designed meditation, self-produced and curated musical journey, supportive sharing circle and deep energetic healing.

๑ Bring a bottle of water or tea. Drink enough water during the ceremony, without proper hydration, headaches can occur.
» Bring your own (camping) mat, blanket, pillow to this journey (indulge in comfort)
» The door will be open 20 minutes before the start of your journey.
» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of the journey with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program. Also be mindful of your commute by ferry transit!
๑ Bring a pen & journal to the ceremony in case you want to write down any insights
๑ Wear something comfortable and warm for the session. Tip: use layers!
๑ Don't eat too much before the ceremony so there's room for the cacao to do its work. Bring a small bite like some nuts or a granola bar to the ceremony in case you need to fill your stomach later in the journey.
๑ If you are on antidepressants, you can still join the ceremony but not drink more than a few sips of the cacao since cacao and antidepressants do not mix and can have harmful side effects.
