Wim Hof Breath & Meditation
The Wim Hof Method is similar to Tummo (inner heat) Meditation and Pranayama (yogic breathing). Yet it is something else entirely.
While Wim has read a lot of books on yoga and meditation for many years, this technique primordially comes from what he terms ‘cold hard nature’. By subjecting himself to the bitter conditions of nature, he learned to withstand the extreme forces of cold, heat and fear. If you learn this method or technique correctly, it will empower you to do to the same.
WARNING: This journey is unfortunately not suitable for pregnant women. People with breathing difficulties and hyperventilation are welcome to join and will be extra monitored.
You are welcome to bring warm clothing and something to cover your eyes (such as an eye pillow, a blindfold or a bandana) for extra comfort.

GOOD TO KNOW
» You can find our entrance at the graffiti door. The door will be open 30 minutes before the start of your journey.
» The check-in closes 2 minutes before the start of each journey or ceremony with no exceptions. Make sure that you’re 10 minutes early to be able to enter, avoid queues and enjoy our program.
» If the door is locked then, unfortunately, you were too late to join the session. We always lock the door 2 minutes before the start to ensure an undisturbed journey, so make sure to be on time.
» Please put your phone on airplane mode during the journey and don't bring it onto the mat. You are welcome to leave any valuable items secured at our reception desk.
» Dress warmly. We are located in a warehouse, so that means it can get a bit chilly. Make sure you’re dressed accordingly. Tip: use layered clothing.
» Unfortunately we don't do refunds. You can’t cancel an event, or ceremony but you can cancel a journey up to 8 hours before the start time in order to use your ticket again. In case of a later cancellation, you will be charged. Please be mindful when you book a spot as we have limited space available.
