For this ceremony White Horse Spirit has come forward to journey with us. For the past weeks we’ve been receiving visions of the White Horse, guiding us into the new chapter of 2024.

Silvia Saunders is a professional sound healer, who uses several beautiful instruments to take you on a meditative and relaxing journey. Sacred Cacao Ceremony ๑ A Heart Opening Journey

Raw cacao, a natural plant medicine has been used for thousands of years in the Mayan culture of South America for medicinal, spiritual and ceremonial purposes. In Mayan tradition, the word cacao is literally translated as “heart blood“, emphasizing the importance the plant possesses in their culture. Cacao is a true heart opener, a soft and gentle medicine that will guide you to the door, but it's up to you if you want to open it or not.

OUR CACAO
Our pure, raw cacao comes from Guatemala. The Criollo bean cacao is sourced with the highest active compounds to produce the most mind altering experience possible. It is blessed by cacao shaman Keith and intended to work within ceremony to support in transmuting energy. This cacao does not force you anywhere, but it will act as a partner healing medicine, supporting you in whatever you wish to open, heal or experience. Then join us in these magical Full Moon meditation evenings where we let of go of the old whilst making room for the New. In this evening we will practice the transformative ‘ Kirtan Kriya’, also known as the “ SA TA NA MA” meditation, one of the most important meditations in Kundalini Yoga.

We will use Mantra, Mudra, Voice, and Visualisation to balance your Chakra’s and your Aura. This profound meditation has the power to break habits and addictions because it access the part of the brain where habits are created giving you the tools to reshape and transform them.

This meditation supports you in balancing our tattvas. These are the five qualities that make up the physical world: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. Each person has a unique constitution with a predominant tattva: maybe you're fiery, quick to react or, maybe you're etheric – not quite “of this world”. Each tattva reflects its own qualities in our behaviors, habits, and constitution so establishing harmony is a must.

During this meditation we will produce the 4 primal sounds:

NAA: Death, change,transformation
MAA: Rebirth

Ecstatic dance is a style of free-form dance in which the music is the teacher. In this form of dance, there is no structure or steps to follow! Restorative Sound Ceremony ๑ An Evening Of Healing

When you are looking for an evening of healing in the most relaxing way, come join our Restorative Sound Ceremony: A live musical journey inwards, where we combine restorative yoga and deep relaxation meditation together with other healing elements. Every fourth Thursday of the month, for two whole hours we will deeply travel inwards guided by our own sound magician Silvia and our slow talking yogi Marjolein.

Allow yourself to be carried away by the healing vibrations of Silvia’s magical instruments and enchanting voice while being fully held and supported by props. To actively rest, so that the body can release and reach that self-healing state again. At the same time Marjolein’s storytelling will help you to unwind from that busy city life, to guide the mind into silence and lower those stress levels.

By combining all these elements, a magical journey comes together, where you get to create that physical and mental balance, without hardly doing anything. All the doing is done for you, so you get to enjoy that moment, of truly being.

In each journey we will set the intention together to slow down. For in this busy world, slowing down is often the medicine we need. In a way, these Restorative Sounds Ceremonies are a celebration of slowness. Of stillness. For when we slow down, when we become still: then we truly find ourselves.

Next to that, we end every journey with a moment of sharing, for especially in these dividing times we believe in coming together and sharing. For often when we share, we realize how similar we actually are.

Then join us in these magical Full Moon meditation evenings where we let of go of the old whilst making room for the New. In this evening we will practice the transformative ‘ Kirtan Kriya’, also known as the “ SA TA NA MA” meditation, one of the most important meditations in Kundalini Yoga.

This meditation is an amazing catalyst for change. It is said that if all other meditation techniques were lost, this meditation would be enough to clear our psyche and balance our body, mind and soul. It is a beautiful meditation that helps you cleanse and purify from within planting new bright seeds of change and growth in your energy field.
Practicing this meditation is both science and an art.

We will use Mantra, Mudra, Voice, and Visualisation to balance your Chakra’s and your Aura. This profound meditation has the power to break habits and addictions because it access the part of the brain where habits are created giving you the tools to reshape and transform them.

This meditation supports you in balancing our tattvas. These are the five qualities that make up the physical world: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. Each person has a unique constitution with a predominant tattva: maybe you're fiery, quick to react or, maybe you're etheric – not quite “of this world”. Each tattva reflects its own qualities in our behaviors, habits, and constitution so establishing harmony is a must.

During this meditation we will produce the 4 primal sounds:
SAA: Infinity, birth, cosmos, beginning
TAA: Life, existence
NAA: Death, change,transformation
MAA: Rebirth

This represents the cycle of Creation. From the Infinite comes life and individual existence. From life comes death or change. From death comes the rebirth of consciousness. This leads to experiencing the joy of the infinite through living a compassionate life.

Ecstatic Dance & Cacao ๑ A Liberating Journey

Ecstatic dance is a style of free-form dance in which the music is the teacher. In this form of dance, there is no structure or steps to follow! Ecstatic Dance empowers people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to freely express themselves; the liberating atmosphere creates a melting pot of acceptance and the fearlessness with which others move gives newbies permission and courage to dance without inhibition.

Sacred Cacao is a soft heart-opening medicine. It helps us to connect with ourselves, with our dance, and with the group. The cacao for this Ecstatic Dance is brewed with nice spices and a lot of love. We will drink a small dose, enough to help us open up and sink from our heads into our hearts.

Sacred Cacao Ceremony ๑ A Heart Opening Journey

Raw cacao, a natural plant medicine has been used for thousands of years in the Mayan culture of South America for medicinal, spiritual and ceremonial purposes. In Mayan tradition, the word cacao is literally translated as “heart blood“, emphasizing the importance the plant possesses in their culture. Cacao is a true heart opener, a soft and gentle medicine that will guide you to the door, but it's up to you if you want to open it or not.

Cacao also increases the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain as well as induces the release of endorphins and dopamine, our feel-good hormones. As a result, we are happier and our creativity is reaching peak states.

THE CEREMONY
Since ancient times cacao has been used as a medicine to heal physical, mental and spiritual illnesses. Cacao has been shown to boost the immune system and lower cholesterol and blood pressure as well as leading to euphoria and deeper spiritual connection.

As the cacao brings us back to our natural state of feeling, we sink with our head into our heart and connect ourselves intuitively with Mother Earth and the cycles of nature.

Every month is a different journey, depending on the moon phase and season. The space is supported by meditation, a deep energetic cleansing, heart songs, movement and sharing.

OUR CACAO
Our pure, raw cacao comes from Guatemala. The Criollo bean cacao is sourced with the highest active compounds to produce the most mind altering experience possible. It is blessed by cacao shaman Keith and intended to work within ceremony to support in transmuting energy. This cacao does not force you anywhere, but it will act as a partner healing medicine, supporting you in whatever you wish to open, heal or experience. The cacao elixer is completely safe to drink and has no hallucinating effect.

EXTRA INFORMATION
๑ Wear something comfortable and warm, we are located in a warehouse and it can become a bit chilly.

Restorative Sound Ceremony ๑ An Evening Of Healing

When you are looking for an evening of healing in the most relaxing way, come join our Restorative Sound Ceremony: A live musical journey inwards, where we combine restorative yoga and deep relaxation meditation together with other healing elements. Every fourth Thursday of the month, for two whole hours we will deeply travel inwards guided by our own sound magician Silvia and our slow talking yogi Marjolein.

Allow yourself to be carried away by the healing vibrations of Silvia’s magical instruments and enchanting voice while being fully held and supported by props. To actively rest, so that the body can release and reach that self-healing state again. At the same time Marjolein’s storytelling will help you to unwind from that busy city life, to guide the mind into silence and lower those stress levels.

By combining all these elements, a magical journey comes together, where you get to create that physical and mental balance, without hardly doing anything. All the doing is done for you, so you get to enjoy that moment, of truly being.

In each journey we will set the intention together to slow down. For in this busy world, slowing down is often the medicine we need. In a way, these Restorative Sounds Ceremonies are a celebration of slowness. Of stillness. For when we slow down, when we become still: then we truly find ourselves.

Next to that, we end every journey with a moment of sharing, for especially in these dividing times we believe in coming together and sharing. For often when we share, we realize how similar we actually are.

Manifestation and Intention ๑ Sound Bath & Fire Ceremony

A fire ceremony can be performed any time you are feeling stuck, creating something new, or need to shift the energy.

When we work with intention setting, we are able to break old habits and create new positive patterns of thoughts, actions and attitudes.

A fire ceremony is the most powerfully transformative of all rituals. Each fire ceremony offers us the opportunity to use the source of all light to amplify our intentions and oblations. The divine lives in the fire, the firepit is known as the mailbox, the fire the postman and the smoke the prayer.

Sacred Cacao Ceremony ๑ A Heart Opening Journey

Raw cacao, a natural plant medicine has been used for thousands of years in the Mayan culture of South America for medicinal, spiritual and ceremonial purposes. In Mayan tradition, the word cacao is literally translated as “heart blood“, emphasizing the importance the plant possesses in their culture. Cacao is a true heart opener, a soft and gentle medicine that will guide you to the door, but it's up to you if you want to open it or not.

Cacao also increases the flow of blood and oxygen to the brain as well as induces the release of endorphins and dopamine, our feel-good hormones. As a result, we are happier and our creativity is reaching peak states.

THE CEREMONY
Since ancient times cacao has been used as a medicine to heal physical, mental and spiritual illnesses. Cacao has been shown to boost the immune system and lower cholesterol and blood pressure as well as leading to euphoria and deeper spiritual connection.

As the cacao brings us back to our natural state of feeling, we sink with our head into our heart and connect ourselves intuitively with Mother Earth and the cycles of nature.

Every month is a different journey, depending on the moon phase and season. The space is supported by meditation, a deep energetic cleansing, heart songs, movement and sharing.

OUR CACAO
Our pure, raw cacao comes from Guatemala. The Criollo bean cacao is sourced with the highest active compounds to produce the most mind altering experience possible. It is blessed by cacao shaman Keith and intended to work within ceremony to support in transmuting energy. This cacao does not force you anywhere, but it will act as a partner healing medicine, supporting you in whatever you wish to open, heal or experience. The cacao elixer is completely safe to drink and has no hallucinating effect.

A fire ceremony can be performed any time you are feeling stuck, creating something new, or need to shift the energy.

When we work with intention setting, we are able to break old habits and create new positive patterns of thoughts, actions and attitudes.

A fire ceremony is the most powerfully transformative of all rituals. Each fire ceremony offers us the opportunity to use the source of all light to amplify our intentions and oblations. The divine lives in the fire, the firepit is known as the mailbox, the fire the postman and the smoke the prayer.

Restorative Sound Ceremony ๑ An Evening Of Healing

When you are looking for an evening of healing in the most relaxing way, come join our Restorative Sound Ceremony: A live musical journey inwards, where we combine restorative yoga and deep relaxation meditation together with other healing elements. Every fourth Thursday of the month, for two whole hours we will deeply travel inwards guided by our own sound magician Silvia and our slow talking yogi Marjolein.

Allow yourself to be carried away by the healing vibrations of Silvia’s magical instruments and enchanting voice while being fully held and supported by props. To actively rest, so that the body can release and reach that self-healing state again. At the same time Marjolein’s storytelling will help you to unwind from that busy city life, to guide the mind into silence and lower those stress levels.

By combining all these elements, a magical journey comes together, where you get to create that physical and mental balance, without hardly doing anything. All the doing is done for you, so you get to enjoy that moment, of truly being.

In each journey we will set the intention together to slow down. For in this busy world, slowing down is often the medicine we need. In a way, these Restorative Sounds Ceremonies are a celebration of slowness. Of stillness. For when we slow down, when we become still: then we truly find ourselves.

Next to that, we end every journey with a moment of sharing, for especially in these dividing times we believe in coming together and sharing. For often when we share, we realize how similar we actually are.

Full Moon Healing Circle ๑ Kirtan Kriya Meditation

Then join us in these magical Full Moon meditation evenings where we let of go of the old whilst making room for the New. In this evening we will practice the transformative ‘ Kirtan Kriya’, also known as the “ SA TA NA MA” meditation, one of the most important meditations in Kundalini Yoga.

This meditation is an amazing catalyst for change. It is said that if all other meditation techniques were lost, this meditation would be enough to clear our psyche and balance our body, mind and soul. It is a beautiful meditation that helps you cleanse and purify from within planting new bright seeds of change and growth in your energy field.
Practicing this meditation is both science and an art.

We will use Mantra, Mudra, Voice, and Visualisation to balance your Chakra’s and your Aura. This profound meditation has the power to break habits and addictions because it access the part of the brain where habits are created giving you the tools to reshape and transform them.

This meditation supports you in balancing our tattvas. These are the five qualities that make up the physical world: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. Each person has a unique constitution with a predominant tattva: maybe you're fiery, quick to react or, maybe you're etheric – not quite “of this world”. Each tattva reflects its own qualities in our behaviors, habits, and constitution so establishing harmony is a must.

During this meditation we will produce the 4 primal sounds:
SAA: Infinity, birth, cosmos, beginning
TAA: Life, existence
NAA: Death, change,transformation
MAA: Rebirth

This represents the cycle of Creation. From the Infinite comes life and individual existence. From life comes death or change. From death comes the rebirth of consciousness. This leads to experiencing the joy of the infinite through living a compassionate life.

Sharing Circle ๑ Moving From Fear To Love

Love grows by sharing, we heal by sharing, we open up by sharing giving our voice the opportunity to express what longs to be heard. With that healing happens and a beautiful space opens up inside us.

Ecstatic Dance & Cacao ๑ A Liberating Journey

Ecstatic dance is a style of free-form dance in which the music is the teacher. In this form of dance, there is no structure or steps to follow! Ecstatic Dance empowers people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds to freely express themselves; the liberating atmosphere creates a melting pot of acceptance and the fearlessness with which others move gives newbies permission and courage to dance without inhibition.

Sacred Cacao is a soft heart-opening medicine. It helps us to connect with ourselves, with our dance, and with the group. The cacao for this Ecstatic Dance is brewed with nice spices and a lot of love. We will drink a small dose, enough to help us open up and sink from our heads into our hearts.
