Lu Jong Yoga

Lu jong is like a meditation in movement.

With a combination of breathing, movements and positions, we release tensions and blocks. We become more aware of our body and calm down our thoughts and emotions.

The exercises make us more stronger, flexible and free on different levels; physically, mentally and energetically. In flowing moves we stretch, twist, bend and massage our body with specific breathing technics.

Lu jong is rooted in the ancient wisdom of Tibetan Medicine and Tantrayana Buddhism. When we really relax, we feel less fear, less need to cling to things, we need to do less effort.
We can feel more love, more space, more connection. The exercises are calm and easy and meanwhile we hear soft music in the background.

This class is suitable for all levels and is low in intensity.
