Deep Restorative Sessions
Yoga & Deep Relax Meditation
If you are need of some deep relaxation, then this class is for you. In these 75 minutes sessions, the body, the mind and the soul will get all the love and attention it deserves, with the least amount of effort. The focus will be on relaxing, on slowing down, softening & surrendering to the moment. It’s perfect class to take when you are going through a hard time, experience stress, when you are recovering or simply when you need to slow down.
In these sessions, we will take the time to focus on the breath and it’s calming powers on the busy mind. To learn how to clear the mind and put that outside world on hold. Finding that space between the thoughts. Creating distance between you and your thoughts, because you are not your thoughts. In this class you get to press that pause button, returning back to the pure you.
What do Restorative & Yin postures do?
Through Restorative and Yin postures, openness and softness will be created in the body. In the most comfortable way, so that you will be completely able to surrender to the moment. To slow down and find that stillness in the body. So no pushing or pulling, no ambition: just being. Just relaxing. And through that, finding that openness. Finding that peace. Releasing that stress and tension in the body. Allowing that body to start to heal itself.
After creating space through breathing and going through the postures, each session will end with a deeprelax yoga nidra to travel to that point beyond body and mind: the soul. To enter that meditative state, effortlessly. All you have to do, is listen to a story, while you lay warm and comfortable in savasana. During this part of the session, your body will enter a state of deep sleep, allowing your body to continue to heal and recover. Your mind will stay awake, by simply listening to the story, and through that, your mind will travel to that purest part of you. That place of your true light, your inner wisdom: the pure you.
Recharge full of new energy
By combining all these elements, after the session you will feel like a new you. Recharge and full of new energy, yet at the same time completely relaxed. The elements of this session are know for their various health benefits, so when you do this more often, you will notice how your sleep pattern and overall health will start to improve.
