Experiencing deep relaxation is key in the soothing TriDosha Balancing Asana Series. This powerful series is an integrative practice inviting you to deeply relax. And what a joy! After each asana there is a shavasana.

The TriDosha Balance Series is aimed at bringing the doshas into balance, which contributes to optimum health of body, mind and spirit.
The asana's are gentle at times challenging but always aiming on experiencing deep relaxation in all the postures whilst inviting yourself to go deeper within. You will be guided in gentle but strong movements in perfect connecting with efficient and strong breathing to release and bring healing to deep rooted tension. All designed to experience more relaxation and overall health on all levels.

Building Your Inner Stillness

Each class is the same but never boring. It invites you to go deeper in your practice. To show you where you are in each and every moment and to allow you to anchor feelings of relaxation into your whole being.

This online class is leading you into a beautiful intimate practice that goes beyond competition and physical appearances but is guiding you into your inner Stillness. The more you fall in love with your inner stillness the more you integrate and anchor this serenity in to your day to day life. Feeling more alive, creative, balanced and in harmony with the flow of life.
