The most important thing now to do first is to relax, to calm down our nerve system and boost our immune system. By calming down, we lower stress and anxiety.
In this class we boost our immune system by rising our chi flow in our body by stimulating our meridian system, especially those connected to the organs that work hard for us at this time.
In the meanwhile we working on calming down our nerve system by visualisations and soft breathwork. Positive thoughts are stimulated and by the end of the class you feel relaxed and filled with clean fresh energy, so we can keep the flu, cold and yes corona a lesser change to harm us.
